Many yacht clubs in the Delta hold decorated boat parades in April to celebrate the opening of the boating season. These photos are from the 2003 Stockton Yacht Club parade, which started at Light 39 in the Stockton Deepwater Channel and turned around in McLeod Lake at the Stockton waterfront. The theme was Mardi Gras.
