These steamboat owners meet several times a year in various locations to socialize and enjoy their unique boats. In the fall, they get together at B&W Resort on the Mokelumne River. According to one of the boat owners, most of the boats see very little use, if any, other than on these outings. The boats hail from up and down the west coast, and include wood, diesel and gasoline burners.
